1. About us. This website, primetex.net (the "Site"), is operated by Prime Tex Inc ("Prime Tex", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Site. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What this Site is. The Site is a product catalog for institutional textiles serving healthcare and hospitality facilities. It lets you browse products and submit a request for a quote. The Site does not display prices, does not process payments, and does not complete sales online. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding order.
3. Quote requests. When you add items to your quote cart and submit a request, you are asking us to provide pricing and availability. A quote request is not an order and does not obligate either party. Any resulting sale is subject to a separate quote, invoice, or agreement between you and Prime Tex. Product availability, specifications, and lead times are confirmed at the quoting stage.
4. Product information. We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Colors and images may vary from the physical product. We may update or discontinue products at any time.
5. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property. All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Prime Tex and may not be reused without our written permission.
7. Third-party services. The Site runs on Shopify and uses third-party apps (including the quote/request app) to provide its functionality. Your use of the Site may also be subject to those providers' terms.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Tex is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
